How quickly can you provide a quote? +
For most jobs we can provide a quote within 24 hours — often the same day. The fastest way is to WhatsApp us with a description and a few photos of the site. For larger or more complex jobs we'll arrange a free site visit and survey.
What areas do you cover? +
We cover London and the surrounding Home Counties including Essex, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Kent, and Berkshire. If you're outside these areas, get in touch — we'll let you know if we can help.
Are you fully insured? +
Yes. We carry full public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance on every job. Certificates are available on request. We're also CHAS accredited, SSIP approved, and Constructionline Gold members — all of which independently verify our insurance and safety management.
How long does scaffolding take to erect? +
A typical domestic scaffold (e.g. a rear extension or roof repair) usually goes up in half a day to a full day. Larger commercial or industrial structures take longer depending on complexity. We'll give you a clear programme as part of your quote so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you provide scaffolding inspection certificates? +
Yes. All scaffolding is inspected at handover and a handover certificate is issued. We also carry out weekly inspections and after any period of adverse weather, in line with the Work at Height Regulations. TG20 compliance reports are available on request.
What accreditations do you hold? +
We hold five major industry accreditations: CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety Scheme), SSIP approved contractor (CDM), Constructionline Gold Member, Scaffolding Association Assessed Member, and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management certification. These are independently assessed and renewed annually.
Can you scaffold listed or historic buildings? +
Yes. Listed and historic buildings often present unique challenges — sensitive facades, restricted access, or planning constraints. We have experience with these types of projects and work closely with clients, architects and conservation officers to design a solution that protects the building throughout.
